Does it work offline?

Yes. Everything, including pitch extraction, runs on the phone.

Which file formats can I upload?

mp3, wav, m4a, flac, ogg and most other common audio formats.

Is there a subscription?

No. After a 7-day free trial you can unlock SingMaster once, for life.

How do I restore my purchase on a new phone?

Sign in to the same Google or Apple account you bought it with, open the Unlock screen in the app and tap "Restore purchases".

How do I delete my data?

All data is on your device. Delete items inside the app, or uninstall the app to remove everything.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Google Play and the App Store under their policies. If you have trouble, email us and we will help.
